Add a clip or record over a part of the how-to video in an existing video
Committed but later
Right now if you want to change a small part of a video you have to re-record the entire thing, with this feature we will allow users to record a clip to be inserted in the existing video without the need to record the entire thing

It appears that this item is tagged with "Committed but later" as well as "In Progress" ... I am hoping for the latter. Knowing that we can insert segments and process updates will help to lower the resistance of just getting started with a documentation project.
